Put a spring in your step with this energizing Mango and Spinach Smoothie! With a mixture of colorful fruits and vegetables, this tasty green smoothie is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins, minerals, and fiber in a delicious and easy-to-make smoothie. Your kids will love it too!

I'm a big fan of smoothies. They're quick and easy to make. Plus, they're such a great way to get lots of nutritious fruits and veggies into your diet. Plus, my kids love them! This is especially nice because I can throw in a wide variety of nutritious ingredients that they typically may not want to try.
Although I'm from New York, I live in sunny South Florida now. With beautiful, warm weather 365 days of the year, I love making smoothies all year round, especially green smoothies. All you need is a high-speed blender and you're ready to go.
It's great being able to take advantage of the abundant fresh produce. However, if you live in a cooler climate, you can always use frozen fruit when fresh fruit isn't in season.
Just check out the freezer section of the grocery store. You'll find plenty of fruits and vegetables that are frozen at their nutritional peak, just waiting to be popped into the blender to make a healthy, refreshing smoothie!
Mango and Spinach Smoothie
This easy mango and spinach smoothie is a refreshing and healthy drink that is perfect for any time of the day.
If you think you're not a fan of green smoothies, I hope one will change your mind! The sweetness of the mango complements the earthy flavor of the spinach, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
The "green" part of this green smoothie comes from spinach. Spinach is a superfood! It's packed with several important nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folate, calcium and iron. It also gives the smoothie a lovely verdant hue.
If the thought of spinach in a smoothie is not appealing to you, have no fear! The addition of mango, banana and grapes gives the smoothie a refreshing, sweet flavor.
Mango is a tropical fruit that is loaded with nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and fiber. It is also a great source of antioxidants that help protect the body against various diseases.
For the base of this mango and spinach smoothie, I like to use almond milk but you can use any type of milk or even coconut water. And finally, if you want an extra boost of protein, you can add a scoop or two of vanilla protein powder.
Simply put all your ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. It's as easy as that! You can serve the smoothie chilled or at room temperature, depending on your preference.
This mango and spinach smoothie is a healthy and delicious drink that is so easy to make and is perfect for any time of the day. It's a great way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet and get the essential nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy. So give it a try and enjoy the refreshing taste of this superfood smoothie!

I'm gonna have to make this when I get home today! It'll be a great pick-me-up, hehehe. :D! Blenders are definitely one of my favorite kitchen contraptions ever. <3 So glad it's warming up so I can go back to my giant morning-smoothie breakfasts again! <3It's kinda hard to choose a favorite smoothie, but I'm probably gonna have to go with my Chocolate Raspberry Protein Smoothie (http://www.fairyburger.com/chocolate-raspberry-protein-smoothie/)

When my daughter was younger, smoothies played a big part in me getting her to ingest her veggies too - specially kale and spinach! These days she doesn't complain when I feed her my favorite blend of frozen banana, spinach/kale, frozen pineapple, frozen mango and almond milk! Love your addition of grapes to yours - gotta try that for sure! And thanks for the Giveaway! I just got my hands on one of these - and they are so incredibly convenient!
