- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (can use gluten-free soy sauce)
- ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- Pinch chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
